Returns & Cancellations

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Because our products are all custom made on-demand, you'll need to allow for an additional 1 to 2 working days of manufacturing time, on top of the estimated shipping times. All orders are tracked, so you'll always be made aware of important delivery information via email or text if you've opted in for SMS alerts,

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order at any stage, provided we have not initiated production for your order or dispatched the relevant products to you.

To do this you must notify us by sending an email to aow.support@theartofwalls.co.uk.

Can I return an unwanted item?

All of our products are custom-made and bespoke to our consumers individual specifications. Because of this, unfortunately no prints can be retuned as unwanted items.

What if my products are received damaged?

We aim to ensure that your products reach you in excellent condition, but because our products are hand-made, manufacturing errors can occur. Products can also become damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please take some pictures of the damage and send them to aow.support@theartofwalls.co.uk.
