Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges

All of our products are tailor-made to the end-consumers individual specifications. This means that we are unable to accept returns for unwanted items or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take pictures of the damaged or defective item and send them to support@theartofwalls.co.uk, within 14 days of receiving the item.

Once we've received the pictures and approved the return, we'll dispatch you a like-for-like replacement item within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can choose a refund if you prefer. Actual delivery times will vary depending on your location. All shipping fees for damaged or defective items will be handled at our expense. 

Please be aware that gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

If your return has been approved (see returns and exchanges above), we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order, provided we have not initiated production for your order or dispatched the relevant items to you. To cancel your order, you must notify us by sending an email to support@theartofwalls.co.uk
